Are we really short of time?

I need more time. If only I could get by on 4 hours of sleep. I don’t have time for ____. How many of us have thought or said this? My question is, “Where does all our time go?” Look at the following figures.

There are 168 hours in a week. Let’s break this down.

Sleep 56 (8 hours a night)
Work 50
Eat/Dress/Live 21 (3 hours a day)
Total = 127

This means we have 41 hours a week when we are not eating/dressing, sleeping, or working. Time we can use for family, church, etc. Maybe we have more time than what we thought.

From experience time seems to evaporate. Here is something to try for a week. Track your time. It maybe surprising where it goes.
